This program covers the basic skills needed to manage time, stress and anger at work. When you manage your time you manage your stress; when you manage your stress you manage your anger; and when you manage all three you have a more effective and productive workplace. Mismanagement of time, stress and anger not only hurts productivity but also put the health and safety of employees and customers at risk.
