There are numerous laws that protect the rights of job seekers and employees. This workshop will help you understand which interview questions are legal and appropriate and which questions cross the line and are illegal and inappropriate. The program will expel questions including those relating to citizenship, health, disability, age, sex, race, disability, prior pay, gaps in employment, prior arrests, prior salaries. We will explore how to phrase an appropriate question gathering the needed information from the applicant within the boundaries of the law.
