Bill is the Chief Associate with the Transtech Consulting Group based in Long Island, NY. He is a graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management at Thunderbird University Arizona with a Masters in International Management specializing in the North Asia Region and a BA in Psychology. After graduation, Bill had worked in Selling Gallo Wine in the San Francisco area followed by selling Pitney Bowes copier. Afterwards he started his own company in real estate financing. In 1994, Bill went to Hong Kong and started working for Dale Carnegie as sales and trainer. After leaving DC, he started Transtech Consulting Group in 1996 and continued with corporate training ever since.
Bill has been involved in organizational development on topics such as: leadership, sales, cultural intelligence, coaching, presentation and negotiation for over 26 years in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, North and Southeast Asia, Australia, and Germany.
Some of key clients that Bill had worked with included: L’Oreal, Shiseido, UBM, Cisco, Aecom, Springer Nature, Fluor, Dupont Chemical, Decathlon, Microsoft, Osram, Mercedes Benz, Jensen and Decathlon to name a few.
Bill is certified trainer for Winning Presentations, Dimensions of Leadership, Power Based Selling, GROW and Empathic Coaching, Solution Selling with SPI, Story Seekers, and Cultural Intelligence (CQ). In addition, he was also certified with Microsoft, L’Oreal and Pepsi on their internal Sales programs. Most recently, Bill is attaining a certification for Positive Psychology Practitioner. He currently heads up the Transtech training team conducting training in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
